Authentic Punjabi Mango Pickle (Aam ka Achar) .Hand-cut chunky pieces of selected raw green mangoes are mixed with a fiery, rustic masala of cracked yellow mustard, methi, saunf, kalonji, ajwain, heaps of red chilli powder, turmeric, – then matured slowly in 100% cold-pressed mustard oil . The result is that legendary dark, oily, super-spicy, garlicky flavor that makes Punjabis go “Eh te sadda wala hai!”
