  • Packaged products were expired or near expiry upon delivery.

  • Items opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Damage caused by improper handling or storage by the customer.
  • Requests without valid proof (order ID, photos, or documentation).
  • Fresh produce complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery via the app, website, or email.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • Include a brief description of the problem to help us verify and process your request.
4. Resolution Options

After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Store Credit: Instant credit to your Golden Era Life wallet.
  • Refund to Original Payment: Processed back to the payment method used; bank processing times may vary.
  • Replacement: Re-delivery of the same item at no extra cost if available.
5. Cancellations

You may cancel orders that have not entered the packing or dispatch stage. Once an order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will follow the original payment method’s processing timelines.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days depending on the payment provider. Store credit is applied immediately after approval.
