Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Golden Era Life. This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders, estimated delivery times, fees, tracking, and related procedures. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to select cities and suburbs across India. Service availability is shown at checkout based on the delivery address you provide. If you enter an area outside our delivery zones, you will be notified and given options for pickup or cancellation.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed during business hours (Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–10:00 PM local time). Typical processing time is 1–6 hours for in-stock items. Orders placed after our daily cutoff (varies by location and product) will be processed the next available delivery window.
3. Delivery Windows & Estimated Times
We offer the following delivery options (actual availability depends on your location):

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on your delivery address, order value, and chosen delivery option. You will see the exact shipping charges at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions for orders above a minimum subtotal during promotional periods.
5. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can also track orders in the “My Orders” section of your account. Real-time tracking is available for most deliveries.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If no one is available to receive the order, the delivery partner may attempt a second delivery or leave the package at a secure location (if authorized). For perishable items, we make reasonable attempts to contact you before returning items to our facility. Re-delivery or pickup charges may apply for failed delivery attempts.
7. Perishable & Temperature-Controlled Items
We take extra care for fresh produce, dairy, meat, and temperature-sensitive products. These items are packaged appropriately for short transit times. Please inspect perishable items immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 2 hours for fastest resolution.
8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery. For perishable items, reporting within 2 hours will allow priority handling. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue. Refund timelines depend on your payment method and payment provider.
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once an order is being packed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. Cancellation requests can be made via the app/website or by contacting Customer Support.
10. Third-Party Carriers
We use our own delivery network and third-party logistics providers depending on the route and demand. While we strive for consistent service, delivery issues with third-party carriers may occur; we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve such issues.
11. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are interested in bulk or corporate deliveries abroad, please contact our corporate team at corporate@goldeneralife.com for options.
12. Force Majeure
Golden Era Life is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, severe weather, or pandemics. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
